Target Audience

• To operate heavy fork lift above 5 ton

Learners are assumed to

• Holding a valid forklift driving license
• Above 18 years of age & Minimum WPLN Level 3
• Ability to read and understand manufacturer’s instructions, procedures and safety signs.
• Safety shoes and proper attire (no singlet/ shorts/ bermudas) are Compulsory for all

• Theory Lesson 1:5 (Trainer),
• Written Assessment :1:5 (Assessor)
• Practical Performance : 1:1 (Group of 5 trainees per forklift machine per trainer)
