Workplace First Aid (level 1) is one of the skills that come under the Retail Framework. When Completing the course learners will have knowledge and application skills in demonstrating first aid, and be able to apply them to the workplace.

Course Outline

First aider’s roles and responsibilities
Importance of quick response in internal and external injuries
Importance of quick response for medical emergencies
Basic first aid management
Respiratory, nervous and skeletal system

Explaining about Human anatomy& physiology
Symptoms and signs of burns
Symptoms and signs of bites and stings
Symptoms and signs of poisoning
